Warning Political Fodder Ahead
I don't normally post this kind of stuff because this is for the most part a porn related blog. Today however I'm going to post something that is going to be making some very big news over the next while because I think it bears discussion. I will warn you ahead of time it is VERY offensive on many different levels, AND it is challenging on very many different levels as well. There have been many stories in the news lately regarding Dutch MP Geert Wilders anti-Islam film. If you want a quick catch up there's a good piece here and then todays news here. For my part I know the movie is intended fuel a hatred for Islam and to paint many good decent Islamic followers with the same brush as the wackos, and that disgusts me. On the flip side however the people in the video are a problem and need to be addressed, in a LARGE way. It leaves me with a lot of sadness. If you want to talk about it, I'd love to hear your thoughts here, or maybe on Monday night for the next RoR... The floor is yours.....

A video like that starts a civil war between ones head and ones heart. My head is smart and knows that I cannot judge the many by the actions of the few. Islam is a peaceful religion and many if not most muslims are peaceful and not extremist. My heart (less smart more passionate) wants to kill all those fucking muslims. “Death to Allah”
But hey, there is no conflict that some amateur lesbians and some lotion wont cure

being an ex-new yorker the images still hurt. but the video is completely biased. that individual(s) view on all of the hate speech is ubsurd when you realize all they did was a 15 min. vid of hate speech. Dont get me wrong the things shown are cruel, inhumane, and flatout disgraceful to the other members of thier faith. Im all for a better world, no war, no hate, ect. but all pieces like that do is stir up irrational judgements of a certain faith/race/people. reguardless of your faith and your views on current events we must all try our best to keep level heads on tough subjects such as the ones addressed in the vid. or else we will end up spewing out as much hate as the individuals in the video. sorry for taking up all this space guys(and newly outspoken on this site gals). as always rob love the site and the radio keep up the good work. maybe put up something amazingly hott for the next video though.
I know we live in a time period where PC = never say anything bad, but Islamic apologetics have started a campaign of late that Islam is all about peace, love and understanding. This guys movie is directed at those people and quite frankly his opinion that Islam incites and encourages violence is just as valid as anyone's. Now anyone who as ever read the Koran, is familiar with the early history of Islam, and paid attention to any news that comes out of the middle east will know that peace, love and understanding are not the heralding qualities of Islam. Islam is a religion and a social standing and Muslims dislike anything that is not Islam. Quite frankly when people are murdered, bombed or threatened because they make some dorky cartoons, short film, or write a novel I think there comes a time when people have analyze this and realize that this isn't a "couple of extremists" and a major issue.
you grouping the majority of muslims into the "i hate everybody who isnt of my faith group" like that is like me saying that the radical christains out there who send there kids to jesus camp(really good movie by the way)and go way to far with there faith represent the entire christain community, thats just not fair.
Watching the images of WTC are painful, I watched as they burned then collapsed, it was the most horrifying image I had ever seen. My town alone lost 43 people, all just going to work that day.
All groups/religions have extremist - that is the problem. Every conflict, geneocide, war that man has ever known can be blamed on extremist. This type of film only perpetuates this kind of radicalism. These propaganda films only further play on peoples fears and hysteria. Every gruop has it's nut's - the ones in this movie are clearly the nut-leaders.
We all have to stop this nonsense; thanks to Rob for putting here for discussion, I do think this film is a disgrace.

I think porn lovers are more tolerant than most so ppl here will try and do the 'religion of peace' routine.
However, it's hard to find a muslim-dominated country where ANY KIND of discussion using free speech is allowed...debate over 'core' muslim values are absolutely forbidden.
Rob, The more conservative countries would put you to DEATH for hosting this site....just a fact.
Muslim society on the whole is extremely intolerant of 'other' viewpoints. There is no give and take, no moderation, no other side.
My opinion only of course. One that would get me stoned to death in some quarters of the planet also....

You are right.. I would have been put to death loooooong ago for this site and I honestly wonder if anybody inside Iran or Saudi Arabia or another Muslim country has gotten in trouble for reading this site... cuz a LOT of them do. And you are right there is a big time intolerance of our lifestyle... but then the big moral question is does that justify our intolerance and shouldn't we strive to be the better people?
...well I don't see us as 'intolerant', just that the baseline for any discussion is that free speech is not grounds for the death penalty.
Or more bluntly, being offended does not give you the right to kill someone. Period.
Re:overseas hits to your site....a 'friend' who works over 'there' as a flunky for a guy rich enough to have his own 747...tells me the hookers are always blonde with big boobs. Russian, EURO, US, the sluttier looking the better. (Arab women are for babies, blondes get to have all the fun... too bad, some M.E. women are actually quite hot)
